Adrian Vandenberg formed the guitar-driven hard rock band Vandenberg in 1981,
enjoying moderate success in the Netherlands during the 1980s before earning a
pair of Top 5 releases with the band's reunion in the 2020s. Born on January 31,
1954, in The Hague, Netherlands, and formed Vandenberg in 1981, after moving to
Amsterdam. The band signed with Atco Records and recorded its self-titled debut
album, 1982's Vandenberg, at Jimmy Page's Sol Studios in Cookham, England. The
