Touch of Class is a Philly soul vocal group formed in 1975 in Philadelphia,
originally made up of brothers Gerald and Pete Jackson, along with Herbert
Brevard and Michael Hailstock (present until 1979). Born out of the city's rich
musical tradition, they followed in the footsteps of the great harmonic soul
bands of the 1970s, blending smooth vocals, lush orchestrations and meticulous
