The Home Team
The Home Team is an American indie rock band from Seattle, formed in 2013.
Comprising Brian Butcher (vocals), John Baran and Ryan Murgatroyd (guitars), Rob
Saireh (bass) and Daniel Matson (drums), the quintet flirts with pop punk and
opens its field to melodic indie rock with power chords from the two incisive
guitars, kneading a raw, energetic sound with dynamic rhythms and introspective
lyrics. Influenced by alternative rock bands of the 1990s, The Home Team develop
an aesthetic that is both melodic and rough, capturing the essence of the
contemporary American alternative scene...
