Peruvian DJ, producer, and vocalist Sofia Kourtesis has become one of electronic
music’s most distinctive voices, blending house with field recordings, protest
samples, and intimate storytelling. Born in Lima on 18 August 1985 and based in
Berlin, she draws on her Peruvian roots and queer identity to create luminous
tracks that pulse with both political urgency and emotional depth. Her
