Snow, real name Darrin Kenneth O'Brien (born October 30, 1969 in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada), is a Canadian reggae, dancehall and hip-hop musician. He grew
up in the North York suburb of Allenbury Gardens, where he lived in socially
disadvantaged circumstances in an environment with a strong West Indian
influence, through which he immersed himself deeply in Jamaican reggae culture.
He made his international debut in 1993 with the album 12 Inches of Snow, which
