Salt Tank
Salt Tank was formed in 1991 by British producers David Gates and Malcolm
Stanners, joined by percussionist and vocalist Andy Rose from Basingstoke,
England; David Gates and Malcolm Stanners were born in 1991. The trio began by
self‑releasing EPs on their label 4 Real Communications, gaining attention from
John Peel and the dance community. Their first commercial breakthrough came with
the single "Eugina" in 1996, which entered the UK Singles Chart at Number 40,
