Ryōta Komatsu, born 小松 亮太 on October 30, 1973, in Japan, is a bandoneón player
and songwriter. He began his musical journey as a bandoneón player, specializing
in tango music. Komatsu's career gained significant traction through
collaborations with prominent artists such as Taro Hakase, contributing to
Hakase’s album La Trampera (2001). Additionally, he collaborated with the group
Bajofondo on their album Mar Dulce. In 2017, Komatsu released his own album
titled 天空のバンドネオン〜タンゴでスタジオジブリ〜, showcasing his unique blend of tango music.
