Pool Bit Boys, also known as PB2, was a Japanese J-pop duo formed in 1997. The
group consisted of Kinji Itō and Yasutaka Nagai, who served as the vocalist and
guitarist respectively. Pool Bit Boys emerged from the talent show Asayan, with
their debut single "Spiral" serving as the ending theme for the program. Their
breakthrough came with subsequent singles like "Sunshine", which was used as the
theme song for the drama series Smart Monsters. The duo released their first
album, POOL BIT BOYS, in January 1998, followed by WINGBEAT in March 2000.
