Josh Ritter
Joshua B. Ritter, known as Josh Ritter, was born on October 21, 1976, in Moscow,
Idaho, and is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. His musical journey
began with a fascination for Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan, leading him to purchase
his first guitar at age 14. After graduating from Oberlin College, Ritter
recorded his self-titled debut album Josh Ritter in 1999. In 2003, he released
Hello Starling, which debuted at Number 2 on the Irish charts and marked a
