Jeff Chang, born 張信哲 on March 26, 1967, in Xiluo Township, Yunlin County,
Taiwan, is a Taiwanese singer known for his sentimental Mandarin pop ballads.
Chang began his philanthropic work as a voluntary teacher in impoverished areas
of Taiwan during high school. His music career started with winning a singing
competition while in college, where Hsiao-Wen Ting was a judge. Since 1989, he
has released numerous successful albums, including 說謊 (Lie), 憂鬱 (Blue), and 忘記
(Forget Me Not). After completing his military service in 1992, Chang returned
to the music scene with the album Knowi...
