Industria del Amor
Formed in 1985 in Oxnard, California, Industria del Amor became a quintessential
name in the regional Mexican music scene. Its founding members were Roberto
Verduzco, Álvaro Verduzco, Javier Solís, Salvador Vázquez, Felipe Ávalos, and
Víctor Ortiz, all of whom hailed from the Mexican state of Michoacán. The group,
celebrated for their romantic spin on the grupero genre, began their journey in
earnest in the late 1980s. However, the 1990s saw them rising to unprecedented
