Goddess
The group Goddess was a Dutch musical project active in the early 1990s, led by
singer Elvira Valentine, best known for her collaboration with the group Say
When! Their best-known track is "Sexual" (1992), taken from the album The Sexual
Album, which combines house, eurodance and pop. The project was produced by
Bolland & Bolland, two famous Dutch producer brothers. The track "Sexual" met
with some success in the clubs and reached No. 74 on the Billboard Hot 100,
staying there for ten weeks. Born in Amsterdam on January 28, 1962, Elvira
Valentine died of cancer in 2002.
