Born in Rodez, France, on October 13, 1972, singer/songwriter Gaëtan Roussel built his reputation as the lead singer of Louise Attaque and Tarmac before launching a solo career with 2010's gold-certified Ginger. After attending high school in Montargis, he moved to Paris with bass player Robin Feix. The two musicians formed Louise Attaque in 1994, rounding out the lineup with violinist Arnaud Samuel and drummer Alexandre Margraff. Released in 1997, the band's self-titled debut album became the best-selling rock album in French history, selling a record-breaking 2.5 million copies...
