Dodo Gad
Dodo Gad is best known as the lead singer of Dodo and the Dodos, one of
Denmark's best-selling pop groups of all time. She was born as Maria Charlotte
Gad in Copenhagen on December 15, 1962, and formed Dodo and the Dodos in 1986.
That same year, she appeared on "Re-Sepp-Ten," a song written for the Danish
football team in celebration of their participation in the 1986 FIFA World Cup.
"Re-Sepp-Ten" became one of Denmark's most popular songs of the late-1980s,
while also peaking at Number 3 on the singles charts in both Norway and Sweden.
