Real name Sérigne M'Baye Gueye, Disiz (formerly known as Disiz la Peste), was
born on March 22, 1978 in Amiens, Somme (France), to a Senegalese father and a
Belgian mother. He grew up in the Épinettes district of Évry, in the Essonne
region, where he discovered rap by familiarizing himself with the repertoire of
pioneers such as IAM and NTM. A member of the Rimeurs à Gages collective, he was
spotted by JoeyStarr after the maxi "Bête de bombe (Ce que les gens veulent
entendre)". In 2000, he was asked to contribute to the soundtrack of the film
Taxi 2, as part of the One Shot colle...
