D.R.A.M.
The US rapper D.R.A.M. was born Shelley Marshaun Massenburg-Smith in Germany in
1988. The son of a US army servicewoman, he was raised in Hampton, Virginia and
had a fairly late entry into the music business releasing his debut EP '#1Epic'
in 2015 when he was 27-years-old. The EP featured the single 'Cha Cha' which
peaked at number one in Billboard's Bubbling Under Hip-Hop Chart and announced
D.R.A.M.'s arrival as an up-and-coming hip-hop talent.
The following year he released 'Broccoli' featuring fellow rapper Lil Yachty.
