Curtis Justin Solar Jr. was born on September 26, 1992 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
and is an American country music singer-songwriter. He graduated from Belmont
University with a degree in songwriting in 2014. Prior to graduating, he signed
a publishing deal with Sea Gayle Music Publishing. Solar's breakthrough as a
songwriter came with co-writing Morgan Wallen's "Up Down" which reached number 1
on the charts and "Some Girls" by Jameson Rodgers. He has also written songs for
artists such as Jason Aldean, Jerrod Niemann, and Justin Moore. As an artist, he
released his debut album Ha...
