Choi Sung-hee, known professionally as Bada, was born on February 28, 1980, in
Bucheon, Republic of Korea. She is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actress.
Her early life was marked by financial struggles, residing in a container home
provided by a local church until her debut. Bada was scouted by Lee Soo-man and
entered SM Entertainment, debuting as the leader and lead vocalist of the girl
group S.E.S. in 1997. The group released their debut album I'm Your Girl on
November 1, 1997.
