A Man Called Adam is the British electronic duo composed of Sally Rodgers and
Steve Jones. Their early involvement in the acid jazz and Balearic house scenes
led to a breakthrough with the remixed B‑sides "Techno Powers" and "Amoeba" on
Gilles Peterson’s Acid Jazz Records, establishing a cult following. In 1991 they
released their debut album The Apple under Big Life Records, followed by the
1998 album Duende and the 2004 compilation All My Favourite… on Southern Fried.
